This documentary tells the story of the country’s first primary care transgender clinic – started on Tuesday nights in San Francisco’s notorious Tenderloin District at the height of the AIDS Epidemic – and 12 of its pioneering patients. Their remarkably warm narratives turn the harrowing places they have been into a testament of victory and hope. This event is free.
